We are seeking a local sales representative (part-time position) with a strong interest in the plastics industry and a deep focus on the African market. This role will involve developing the raw materials and FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) market throughout Africa, targeting plastic product manufacturers and traders, and driving sales of our plastic raw materials and finished FIBC products. This strategically important position requires exceptional business acumen, negotiation skills, and cross-cultural communication abilities.

主要职责：Main responsibilities:

本地采购资源开发：在非洲地区主动搜寻、评估并核实有真实需求的塑料产品生产工厂或贸易公司。
Local sourcing resource development: Proactively search, evaluate, and verify plastic product manufacturing plants or trading companies in Africa with genuine demand.

核心产品销售与推广：Sales and promotion of core products :
塑料制品：集装袋（吨袋）、编织袋及布卷。
Plastic products: FIBCs (bulk bags), woven bags and fabric rolls.

 塑料原材料：PP（聚丙烯）、PE（聚乙烯）、ABS树脂等塑料颗粒。
Plastic raw materials: PP (polypropylene), PE (polyethylene), ABS resin and other plastic granules.

市场调研：Market research
持续调研非洲塑料行业的市场动态、价格趋势、供应情况及潜在风险。
We continuously research the market dynamics, price trends, supply situation, and potential risks of the African plastics industry.

任职要求：Job requirements:

必备经验：Essential experience:
拥有至少 3年以上 在非洲地区进行塑料原材料（PP， PE， ABS）或相关制品（如集装袋、塑料编织品）采购/销售/贸易的实战经验。
Possess at least 3 years of practical experience in sourcing, selling, and trading plastic raw materials (PP, PE, ABS) or related products (such as FIBCs and woven plastic products) in Africa.

具备丰富的非洲本地供应商资源网络。
It possesses a rich network of local African suppliers.
行业知识： 熟悉塑料产品的生产工艺、质量指标、行业标准和主要应用市场。
Industry knowledge: Familiar with the production processes, quality indicators, industry standards, and major application markets of plastic products.

商务能力：Business acumen:
出色的商业谈判、沟通和人际交往能力。
Excellent business negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

备独立进行市场开发、供应商评估和商务拓展的能力。
Possesses the ability to independently conduct market development, supplier evaluation, and business expansion.

A strong awareness of data analysis and cost control.

语言要求： 英语流利（商务级别），同时掌握法语、葡萄牙语或当地语言（如斯瓦希里语等）者将极具优势。
Language requirements: Fluent in English (business level), with a significant advantage for those who also have proficiency in French, Portuguese, or a local language (such as Swahili).
